Converts date format for news, from string to Date

Since we last talked to you back in 2020, we have been working hard to put together a strategic framework to guide the future growth in the Royal Docks and Beckton Riverside. Incorporating your feedback on the Vision and Principles, the Opportunity Area Framework (OAPF) will help guide where new homes and jobs are provided up to 2041.
